Summary
Portable hardness testers TPC-7 are designed for non-destructive hardness testing of carbon steel products using Brinell, Rockwell or Vickers scales. Hardness testers are able to evaluate hardness of other metals as well: steel alloys, cast irons, nonferrous metals and its alloys.
Description
The operational principle of TPC hardness testers is based on a correlation between impact impulse data and tensile-plastic properties of a tested material. Indenter impacts on a surface of a tested material, when the measurement is carried out. Special transducer, that is a built-in part of a hardness tester, records indenter data movement, generating measurement signal. TPC-7 has small dimensions and mass.[br][/br]Hardness tester may be used to inspect products without massive base lapping starting from 1,5 kg product mass.[br][/br]Automaticly caltulates and displays a measurement arithmetic mean on the screen.[br][/br]Converts to all common scales (HB, HRC, HV, HRB, HS, Rm).
