Description
Mechatronic control system of working elements of machine-tractor unit allows:[br][/br]- to position the hinged device; in the automatic mode, to regulate depth of ploughing (power, positional, high-rise regulation of working elements and their combinations), and to copy a field relief;[br][/br]- to program the work of the executive mechanisms of external consumers (programmable microprocessor controller, remote control and display elements);[br][/br]- in the automatic mode, to attenuate vibration of the unit at transport moving;[br][/br]- to carry out the diagnostics of components faults.

Advantages:[br][/br]- quality improvement of tillage operations and additional loading of the drive wheels due to non-contact copying of the field relief;[br][/br]- reduction of fuel consumption due to energy-saving control algorithm;[br][/br]- increase of reliability due to the use of non-contact positional sensor and simplification of the joystick unit design;[br][/br]- improvement of ergonomic performance by programming the sequence of operations.[br][/br]Economic benefit:[br][/br]-savings (import substitution) of up to 1,500 US dollars on the tractor –series production;[br][/br]- possibility of complete replacement of the control system of external consumers of Bosch-Rexroth company, including high-tech multi-section distributor of EHS type – project proposal.
