Summary
Web based service platform for various types of services in smart cities/smart energy grids.
Description
Integrated system for effective monitoring and management of energy effective usage in buildings, leveraging geographic information systems and decision-support systems with smart energy grids functionality. The developed system will allow to:[br][/br]1. Automatically create energy design of house(s) having AutoCAD based drawings. This provides possibilities to conduct cluster analysis of certain type(s) of building saving substantial investments.[br][/br]2. Use of smart energy-efficient house as a hub that will collect real-time data on energy consumption data from smart household appliances and enable intelligent automation using smart energy grids.[br][/br]3. To create data management infrastructures to allow electricity production and consumption to be measured, reported and controlled (and eventually credited or billed).[br][/br]4.Create WEB-platform for on-line control of energy consumption in buildings for their optimization. This platform can serve as “on-line hot-line” consultancy center.[br][/br]5. Developing to provide sustainable and efficient approach to energy management system in building sector.

Technology Benefits
The platform kits can connect to other one through internal and external network interfaces. In the case external network connection the platform kits can be territorially distributed. It gives ability to model and assess the real external impacts (e.g. black outs, accidents, etc.) and any collisions inside certain smart grid directly on utility operation. [br][/br]We have preliminary agreement with municipality of City of Zaslavl (approx. 55 000 inhabitants, 25 km from Minsk) to make the city as Smart City. The major of Zaslavl promised to support our efforts in this field.
