Production line for iron, copper and aluminum alloys continuously-cast work pieces
Summary
Production line for iron, copper and aluminum alloys continuously-cast work pieces
Description
The production line is based on the following operational principle: molten metal is transferred from a mixing unit into a mold cavity. Then the solidified section is drawn with a withdrawal-roll set and is cut into specific length parts with a cutting unit.[br][/br]The continuous horizontal casting production line consists of: [br][/br]1. two-roll servo-driven withdrawal set with screw stop for rollers and secondary cooling; [br][/br]2. withdrawal-roll set control panel; [br][/br]3. inductive channel mixer; [br][/br]4. channel mixer control panel; [br][/br]5. band-saw cutting unit; [br][/br]6. casting molds with graphite drawing-block.
